I Can’t Start Ghost Because Another Installation Ghost is Running or Port is Clash.
The Error is:

(EADDRINUSE) Cannot start Ghost.

“Port 2389 is already in use by another program.”
“Is another Ghost instance already running?”

I have replaced various ports , but the result is same.

How many ghost blogs do you have on the server?
What is the ghost status result? Go to ghost root directory and enter as followed.
