Can't View Website in Ghost Dashboard

I’m getting this error when I try to view my site through the ghost dashboard:

The webpage might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address.

I can see the site on my phone, but then when I try to access it through my desktop computer I get this error: “Sophos” wasn’t installed properly on your computer or network. Ask your IT administrator to resolve this issue.

Are you in a corporate environment? Displaying the site in the admin panel requires a fetch call from the back end domain to the front end domain. You might have security settings that block that, or be missing a CORS header.

I am. Any thoughts on what security settings I need to fix?

Strange though because it was initially working/have always used it on a corporate computer, just stopped yesterday.

I think your best bet is to talk to that IT administrator.

I share your pain. I do part of my work in a university environment, and sometimes new sites just refuse to work thanks to overactive security settings…
