Dashboard loading error

Hi guys. I was trying to access my dashboard settings and it would just say “Loading interrupted”. I have a feeling my computer filter might be the issue, but either way, I have no idea what to do. Do any of you guys have an idea of why and how to fix it?

Pretty sure it’s the latest ghost version and I’m using Google Chrome

thanks

Does the problem occur with another browser or another computer (or your phone)? Trying to distinguish between a problem with the ghost site vs. a problem with strict security settings in your browser.

Where are you hosted? (.ghost.io, or somewhere else?)

For some reason, it has fixed itself. Now it opens up just fine. lol

Thanks for replying though.

Well, glad it’s fixed, anyway! :)

Hi
it is the same, i never seen this screen

Any idea ?

Hi @jeremielondon - the original poster said it was fixed without action, so I’m stumped where to start on troubleshooting this.

I think you’re self-hosting (unlike the original poster), is that right? If so, how is your server setup? Do you have a proxy in front of it? It could be that you’re accidentally blocking this traffic? What version of Ghost? If you post configuration details, one of the awesome regulars who’s good at this stuff will probably chime in to help you, but right now, you’ve given community members nothing to go on other than the settings part of the dashboard didn’t load.

Hi @Cathy_Sarisky thanks for your answer, i do self host with Bunny CDN, i did check the mobile and other browser version and the same happen, but you might be right, i’m filtering things with the CDN but i did it about a month ago so i’m surprised it would happen now.

I will carry on searching and keep you posted.

Many thanks,

i see this in the logs :

"GET /ghost/assets/admin-x-settings/index-02a155fd.mjs" 404 2ms
Jan 20 18:38:50NotFoundError: Page not found

Does talk to someone ?

That looks like your problem! Does the file exist? Is Bunny blocking it?

I don’t know what happened, so i reinstalled a yesterday backup and it now works normally. Thanks for your support @Cathy_Sarisky

Oh great! I’m glad to hear that you had a fresh backup! :)
