Change/hide text in footer and and more option in button text

hi,

i using ghost v5.25.1 and don’t know to to this things below. i love to heard your suggest

1. change/hide text in footer (image 1)
   

   

2. and more option in button text (image 2)

and one more thing, if i know html/css things. is it easy to edit this? as i know ghost use nodejs. could https://www.w3schools.com/nodejs/
