Contact Form idea and management via the Ghost Dashboard

Contact forms are very important to all of us.
But I believe that the process of configuring SMTP, CSS, HTML code can be quite complex for people who are not used to code.

My idea is to create a Contact Form snippet, which can be inserted into any page and all the responses received will be saved in a tab in the Ghost admin panel.
There, the administrator can separate subjects into categories and create tickets. In addition, the administrator can view the messages and reply via e-mail from the panel itself, using Ghost’s own SMTP settings.

This would be great to see this implemented. Having a Contact Form snippet that is saved inside the dashboard would be great.

I second this. I would love to avoid have to integrate a third-party tool just to be able to receive contact info message by mail. Ghost is already able to send email, so I guess it would not make the config process more complex.
