Creating a duplicate blog for different language

Hello, we own the following blog (https://blog.blockchain.com/) and we would like to create a duplicate blog (same layout/design) in another language. Is there a functionality (or what would be the best method) to create a duplicate blog but under new web address? e.g.@blockchain – Medium or https://blog.ko.blockchain.com/ etc?

If not, do we just have to create a completely new blog?
