Creating a Table of Contents with Internal Links in Email Newsletters

Hello everyone,

I would like to send my content exclusively via email. Now, I’d like to assign an ID to individual H2 sections, e.g., <h2 id="summary">Summary of the newsletter</h2>.

At the beginning of the email, I’d like to insert a table of contents that links internally to these sections.

I’ve already tested this, and the content opens in the browser. Cool, I didn’t know that before! Here’s a direct question: Is there any way to preview the future email link in the browser in advance?

The second question: Is it somehow possible to jump directly to a specific section within the newsletter in my email inbox?

There is a ‘Preview’ button in the top right corner of post editor, where you can access the email preview option.

Email doesn’t support this. It’s better to view the email in browser to enable the navigation.
