Custom theme install fails

Started building my own custom theme today, The theme is working on a local Ghost setup, Installs, activates and works as expected.

After deploying the latest version of Ghost to a Heroku app and trying to upload my custom theme, it complains about my handlebars templates.

Running the template though GScan reveals these errors:

default.hbs: The partial app_bar could not be found
index.hbs: The partial post_card could not be found
post.hbs: The partial post_tags could not be found

However these partials are working as expected on the local environment. So not sure what the issue would be.

Any help would be much appreciated
