Do you know which of your content brings members who stay or just which drives signups?

Something I’ve been chewing on for paid publishers:

Most of us can see which posts drive signups. Way fewer can see which posts bring subscribers who actually stick around 6+ months vs. the ones who sign up and churn a few weeks later. They’re often not the same content — your highest-traffic piece can quietly be your lowest-retention one.

For those of you running paid tiers: do you track this at all? And if so, how — manually pulling Stripe + member data, gut feel, something else? Curious what’s worked (or hasn’t).

Being transparent: I’m building a small tool that tries to answer exactly this — which content brings your longest-staying members — and I’m trying to learn whether it’s actually useful or whether creators already have a handle on it. Genuinely want the honest read, not pitching anything. Happy to run it on a newsletter or two for free if anyone’s curious to see what it spits out.
