Dear Ghost Team, are there any plans regarding customization of confirmation emails for Ghost Pro users in v. 4.0? I just switched from the self-hosted option to the new Pro plan and I’m missing it very much… Please let us know if we can expect it somewhen in the near future 
There is no difference in email settings between self-hosted and Ghost(Pro) – but if you’re a Ghost(Pro) customer and need support you can always reach us on support@ghost.org
