Email to add new users keeps failing

Hi,

My site is https://hardeepsnagra.com

It’s self hosted with DigitalOcean and their 1-click set up and using version 3.37.1 of Ghost.

I’ve set up a mailgun api in Labs for member newsletters.
I’ve attempted to add a new user but the email invite won’t send and I get the following error message:

‘Error sending email! Error sending email: Failed to send email. Please check your email settings and resend the invitation.’

I’ve read other posts suggesting I need to set up the mailgun sandbox smtp and alter my config.producting.json, but I have no idea how to do this myself.

Any help on how to solve this please?

Yes, you will need to make the changes to config.producting.json file - you can do this in sublime text or any text editor.
