yes embeds are failing for everyone. Facebook changed something related to embed.
I’d agree with the comment by @Saurabh_Gunjal. Facebook owned sites tend to limit the number of views a page can get from someone not logged in. It’s likely that whatever server you’re running from has been either blacklisted as a whole, or has exceeded the number of unauthenticated accesses to Instagram.
