My use case is that I am currently moving a Jekyll site over to Ghost. I am not able to copy the content over verbatim, because the featured image alt is just a little longer than the 125 characters.
Is this something that could be configured via a feature flag? 
And if there is a concern about length, maybe enforce a max length of 1500?
