Hello from London (although I am a Yorkshireman) and welcome to Northbeam Collective - where Fiction Creates Curiousity! 
I’m John, a writer with a background in storytelling, character building, and creative mischief. Northbeam Collective is my space to explore fiction that blends the real and the imagined, from 1940s espionage to futuristic cyber-noir.
At its heart, Northbeam is about curiosity. I’m writing serialised stories that follow characters across time and space, and sharing insights into the writing process along the way. It’s also a place to talk about creativity, challenge routines, and encourage others to put pen to paper, or fingers to keyboard.
