Get back posts from previous Ghost blog

Hi all,

I am contacting you as I have restarted my blog.

I set up ghost through digital ocean droplet function. I have created a new droplet(previous one was deleted) and this new droplet has a different IP, to which the domain is linked to. Then I followed the terminal installation, and now the new blog shows an empty landing page with the default text.

I did not download the blog posts from the previous article in JSON, so I wanted to check if there is an alternative way to get back those posts.

Do you have a backup of the old droplet? (I assume this is on DigitalOcean?)

If not - you might be able to contact the server provider to see if they hold any backups.

Failing that I think you’ll be out of luck.
