I encounter this error when I try to associate a user with a label
Thanks for the report @giacomosilli. Unfortunately it looks like there’s a bug with member labels when using mysql 
We’re working on a fix but it may be a few days until a patch release is out.

Same situation here. I was going to post but found this thread. Funny thing is, the label is actually added in the end to the member @Kevin.
When you use the label filter, people you tried to label appear there. Just so you know.
Ghost 3.7.0 has been released that fixes the incorrect foreign key constraints on the member_labels table that were causing this error.
