In the member database, I have a label : “officiels” with 107 members and when i’m about to send it i have only 100 people. See below the screen shots.
Do you guys have an idea of why ? and is there a place where i can find who are the 7 missing ?
Members are not the same as newsletter subscribers. A member can be unsubscribed from all or some of your newsletters, either because they prefer to read the member content via web only, because they have generally unsubscribed, or because the emails repeatedly bounced. If they aren’t subscribed to a newsletter then Ghost won’t count them as recipients when sending.
On the members screen you can filter to find unsubscribed members with a particular label.
