`ghost buster` vs. `buster` (python) package

Hi,
I tried looking up the [Ghost CLI documentation}(Ghost-CLI - A fully loaded tool for installation and configuration) for more info on this ghost buster command, but i could not much information there. Is there any link to more info on this command.

What does this ghost buster command do (if you want to explain it in a paragraph) ?

Does it serve as a complete replacement to generate static ghost websites using the old python package called buster ?

It runs yarn cache clean, there’s no relation to static site generation.
