Ghost CMS with TailwindCSS template

Hi!

I’m new to Ghost theme development, please bear with me. I have this template from TailwindCSS, it’s not the css file to integrate, but rather a whole theme. Studio - Tailwind CSS Agency Template
Is there a way to integrate it with Ghost CMS as content provider?
I did research the forum, and found these posts/guides, are they the way to go? or does anyone have a different perspective?

I recently switched to using TailwindCSS for all my projects in Ghost and it has been an excellent experience. Although the initial setup required a bit of effort to resolve some minor issues, it was well worth it. You’ll need to do some substantial theme work to make it work with ghost in a non-static way. If you’d like to do it to learn, great. If you’re just wanting to get a site launched, I’d pick an existing ghost theme.
