I was very supprised to see my personal info on my invoices when customers paid through stripe. I reached out to stripe and they said that they don’t require that personal info to be on the invoice but once it’s connected with ghost they are the ones who are doing that.
Can this be turned off so it shows the business name and not my personal info?
How can I get support or an answer to this? I’ll try to be most specific. I noticed an invoice has my personal info on it that was sent to a customer that used stripe. I reached out to stripe and they looked though all of the invoices Ive had and while the newer ones were correct and showed the business name they told me those were done through some other 3rd party platofrm or integration but they couldn’t tell what it was, I cant remeber either becuase I’ve spent so much time trying to fiugre this out.
It looks like for some reason when the invoices were generated by ghost they for some reason use my personal name rather then company info on the invoice. I’d like to know if this is expected behavior and if not how can I fix it and test. I’ve halted all payments for now and I’d really appreciate an answer.

What’s your Stripe account name? The name displayed at the top left of the Stripe page. I set it to the business name.
How did you do that? I have the same problem of it using my personal info name.
You’re going to want to have a look at your Stripe account. I’m guessing your personal name is in there somewhere. You should be able to change it, if so!
Sounds weird, but normally you can change your information in Stripe when you set up accounts and organisation. Sometimes one need to wait for verification when changing information, but in general it is very straight forward.
I’m not able to edit it on the Stripe form.
