Stripe Tax (VAT) and billing address and legal terms fields?

Hi,
I set up my Stripe account and products in order to show VAT and billing fields as well as legal terms links into the checkout. Surprisingly, Ghost doesn’t show those fields.
Am I missing something, here? Can someone point me on the right way to achieve this?
Furthermore I need to add some other optional billing fields in order to invoice the member. Is this achievable?

I’d like to know more about this too. How to ask for billing address and generate email with invoice to subscriber/member.
