Hero Header not showing in Arc browser, but visible in Safari (Source theme)

Hi everyone,
I’m experiencing an issue with the Source theme where the hero header section is not displaying in Arc browser any more since today, while it shows up correctly in Safari. I haven’t made any changes lately or customizations to the theme. What I’ve tried:

  • Cleared browser cache in Arc
  • Hard refresh (Cmd/Ctrl + Shift + R)
  • The header displays correctly in Safari
  • The header is visible in Ghost Admin
  • Switching to Ease theme shows the header correctly

This seems to be a browser-specific issue with Arc since everything works fine in Safari. Has anyone else encountered this problem with the Source theme in Arc browser? Any suggestions for troubleshooting would be appreciated.Thanks in advance for your help!

OK, putting on my detective hat. I’m going to guess that you’ve got Source in “Landing Page” mode, which shows the big hero at the top, with a subscribe box over the image, right? Source does not display that hero section if the user is already logged in. So I’m guessing the browser difference is actually that you’re logged in (to the front end site, via magic link) on Arc, but not on Safari.

Sound right?
