When sending emails, I need to hide the author name from cross-post bookmarks generated in the post. I was able to hide on the website via theme edits (took awhile!), but the email change requires a core update and I’m on a hosted version. On a self-hosted instance ofc it’s doable.
I have a community website with multiple admins, so we don’t care (nor want) our names in bylines. In the interim I’ve changed the display name of admins to be generic, but that just makes reading version history and logs a little annoying.
Thoughts? Would love for a global hide author toggle in Ghost.
