How do I add demo content to a theme

Hi There, I would like to add the demo content to my theme basho so it looks like the demo and will be easier for me to edit. Can you please let me know how to do this? The url is wegetai.com I have version 2.4.0 > am using chrome browser. Please let me know if you need further info from me. Thanks, Sandra

If you specifically want the Basho content I would contact the theme developer. If something more general suits (and it may not support all the Basho functionality), I believe @denvergeeks has a sample data file available.
