How do I create a simple custom page?

Hi there,

I’m not a coder or developer and am creating a simple blog with a subscription newsletter (using the ‘edition’ theme). I’m having trouble creating a simple page for members to see the benefits of signing up, like this: The Browser

How do I do this? Do I need to know HTML?

I recommend reading the developer documentation. There’s a sample about this if I’m not mistaken.
