How to add ads banner easily?

I would like to add ads banner to my Ghost website easily.
I know that I can modify the templates. OK

Do you know something else ? a plugin, a cloud service ?

Hi Beric,
Yes I know Adsense and I use it
But I would like a Ghost module that can handle my own banners (start and end date for example)

Still you cannot do that on Ghost.
