The problem is that the droplet is not accessible by SSH or IP and the production site has been down for a week. The support team is stuck as well.
The support team suggests that using recovery mode, I can download the files from the droplet and a new droplet should be setup.
Please help me by letting me know the following:
What files should I save from the droplet to make a new Ghost installation work as the production site?
How shall I use the saved files in the new Ghost installation to make same as the production site?
Is the process of going to the recovery mode of DigitalOcean droplet safe?
