I wanted t to know is there any forum theme or how can i create a forum website using ghost?
Like users can ask questions and other user can answer them.

You’d need to use some other software that’s specifically set up to work as a forum and then integrate that into your Ghost site.

Ghost itself doesn’t offer any functionality that would cover the needs of a forum.
