How to customize text in "locales/en.json"?

I have Attila theme installed locally on my Windows machine and I try to edit text inside “en.json”:

After saving the changes Irefresh the website running on localhost and yet the text remains unchanged.

I also tried to paste the entire contents of “en.json” into code injection like this:

And still the text remains unchanged?

So how should I do apparently such a simple modification in Ghost?

The official tutorial is not helpful

Why would code injection or code syntax highlight fix issues you’re having with translations?

Have you tried restarting Ghost after making changes to the translations file?

offical casper theme is not “translation ready”. lol

eg. {{t “subscribe”}} is not done.
