How to make a Ghost site discoverable on Baidu / WeChat from outside China (no CN phone number)?

I’m running a self‑hosted Ghost site outside China and I want it to be searchable on Baidu and work well when links are shared in WeChat.
I don’t have a Chinese phone number or ICP, but I’m open to changing hosting/CDN or domain settings.
