How to remove 'subscribe' in Casper theme

I do not plan on having a subscription to my website so I’d like to completely remove the ‘subscribe’ references. Is this something I can accomplish and if so, what do I do?

You can disable membership features by going to /ghost, then clicking the settings button - the gear icon in the lower left corner. Scroll down and look for ‘access’

I’m in Access and I don’t see how I make the entire ‘subscribe’ disappear.

If you set it so no one can sign up, all the membership features should disappear.
