Installing Ghost as an NPM Module

I’m an older user of Ghost (from the 0.5 to 1.0 days). I for the life of me can’t find any documentation on installing Ghost as a module anymore. Was this removed??

If so, what is the best way to host Ghost on a cloud platform like Heroku now??
