Is there a configurable option within Ghost to include “Pages” within the built-in search results?
I don’t think so. It would not be terribly complex to fork sodo-search (you can find it in ghost/apps on Github) and add searching of pages, or to use a different search provider that you can configure yourself. I’ve used fuse.js before.
Building pages as posts is a no-code workaround.
