Is there any way to link someone else to a draft? Or publish something privately, maybe with a password so that its not open to everyone until multiple people can view/review/edit an article?
The preview feature is what you’re looking for.
Click the settings cog at the top right of the page to open the Post Settings Menu (PSM). There’s a preview link in the top half of the PSM, as part of the Post URL settings
