I could use some help making a change to a theme. I’m using the Edition theme from Ghost, and that main input form on the front page is to sign up for the newsletter, but I’d like to change the form to instead submit a request for a quote from clients.

And I was able to do it kind of, but the styling of the form itself wouldn’t work. I’d like the button to be in the form like it is now and to auto update like it does. If that makes any sense?
Just wanted to see if anyone out there does that kind of thing,
