Just want to quickly clarify that Magic Pages is not acquiring Compiled, but helping customers migrate. No formal acquisition

Key question is what’s their pricing
Only thing I don’t like here is the $50 to get the contents of your own site… does kinda lock you in

I know you could get all of your data using ghosts tools etc and reimport it all manually but access to the backup for $50 is a bit much
I know, I am not the most objective to make this statement, but I’d disregard FirePress as a hosting option in 2025.
Their own blog is running on Ghost 3.42.x. That’s a Ghost version that’s over 4 years old.

Probably biased as well but if I ever didn’t self host then magicpages would be my go to!
