Member not recognized as Paid but charged via stripe

Hello,

I have a member whom signed up and was charged via stripe but their account does not show them as Paid.

I looked through the logs and there is no record of her doing a paid transaction but she was charged and I see her as charged in Stripe.

So I looked back through all of my stripe transactions to make sure this isn’t happening more and it’s not - just this one person.

Anyone have any idea of how this could have happened?

If your site was temporarily unavailable, a notification from Stripe could fail to reach it. Check your logs around the transaction time for any signs of problems.
