More staff social links - Ghost Changelog

Until now, staff profiles in Ghost only supported Facebook and X (Twitter). Many of you have been asking for more, so you can now add links to Bluesky, Threads, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and Mastodon.

Edit your profile under: Settings → Staff → Social Links

This feature is supported by the latest versions of all official Ghost themes.

You can update your theme by visiting Settings → Theme → Change theme and reinstall your theme to update to the latest version.

If you're using a custom theme, you can read the developer docs to learn how to add support for this feature, or reach out to your theme developer for an updated version.

Ghost(Pro) users can log in and start enjoying all of this right away! If you're a developer, self-hosting Ghost, you'll need to update to the latest version to get access to everything that's new.

I love this. More power to authors!!

I just found out that the LinkedIn field does not accept company pages. The field accepts https://www.linkedin.com/in/username but not https://www.linkedin.com/company/companyname

Does it actually not accept it, or does it complain and save anyway?

Nope, it returns an error and does not save

Maybe a little personal to me but how about Strava?

@pureflo Are you using Ghost? I’m not aware that Ghost allows publishers to add all of those social links (except for only Twitter and Facebook), but your publisher schema includes more than that.
