i have been dark on my site for 48 hours. I cannot log into the backend and you see unreachable. I have never in my 15 year career ever had anything like this happen where an ESP has locked me out of my own backend.
I have emailed I will keep escalating until you either hear me or I need to file legal action.
This is horrific .
