How do I change the text “This site is invite-only, contact the owner for access.”?
I want to write my email address instead of it and put a CTA leading to the Subscription Page.

ghost/i18n/locales/
If you want to update the English text, there is en/portal.json in there.
What I don’t know for certain if there’s an easy way to make a translation change persist through through upgrades, if you need to re-patch the file each time you upgrade.
