You can filter users now (“Segment members with advanced filtering” announcement), which is great.
I can find my users who have never opened an email, and they’ve been sent more than 10 emails. Perfect, I can unsubscribe those.
However, some people I assume opened one email, and then never opened another one. So I’d like to somehow filter based on recent data.
My goal would be to say “If they haven’t opened the last 10 emails” - then unsubscribe.
Maybe “emails since they last opened” could be a metric? Or if you can do date fields, “date of last opened email”?
