Newbie: Ghost for Large Post Count?

I’m intrigued by Ghost. but have a question about its ability to handle thousands of posts. My WordPress database currently has more than 14K articles - can Ghost handle such an amount of content?

Ghostjs has some problems with large number os entities, it hold states and make some queries not paginated in your database on startup.

If you choose use ghostjs as service, its is not a problem to you take care.
