I had Ghost running locally with no problems then started getting messages about incompatible Node. I followed directions here to try to fix with no luck. Supported node versions for self-hosted installs of Ghost
I wiped everything and started over and still getting the messages, see screengrab. I tried installing all the different supported versions of node and get the message they are installed and running then when I go to re-install Ghost every time I get the message installation failed because node version is unsupported. Please help a frustrated Ghost newbie. WTAF is going on.
