Is it possible that ghost doesn’t send a notification to the admin when a contributor creates a new post or I don’t know where to set that setting?
There isn’t, currently. You could use a webhook for the post created event, but that won’t tell you when the contributor is ready for you to review it.
This is definitely a spot where the Ghost workflow could be improved!

Ah ok, it doesn’t really make sense to me that there isn’t such a rudimentary and simple option.
I’m sure you can configure something with n8n if you want to go thirdparty for this solution.
