One user cannot log in, magic link always expired?

She’s on the west coast of the USA - but surely that can’t be the reason - right? I have loads of people who are all over the world. But this ONE person cannot log in b/c her link is expired the instant it arrives. Thoughts on how to trouble shoot?

What browser and os?

What email client?

Magic links expire, I think after a couple uses - could her browser be doing a prefetch?

Closing the loop on this: I’ve had SEVERAL problems with .edu email addresses all of which have been solved by having the user change to some other email address. Such was the case this time.

I was just reading today that a lot of edu addresses are protected by fairly aggressive protection that clicks links. Might be invalidating your links?
