Real-time editing - Similar to Google Docs

This feature would be amazing especially for those blogs that have multiple authors. This feature would show, in real time, what are authors changing in a post, character by character. Working concurrently in real-time improves the collaboration between authors and adds a sense of togetherness.

This would be useful.

To take it one step further, a full editorial workflow would be useful for multi-author blogs including the potential to add a custom workflow. This is especially useful at large org to enterprise level.

  • A list of steps content has to go through before it is published.
  • Team members are alerted when their step is ready. (e.g. when an editor or subject matter expert needs to proof the content)
  • Setting due dates for each step.
