If you every copied text from Google docs to ghost, you’ve probably noticed that links are screwed with a space prefix - this script fixes it.
Also, I add a ?ref=your_site_url to all external links.

It stills necessary? I’m not using newsletter by now because I’m on dev stage.
And I come here to add ?ref but could be cool to fix something at the same time :)
In that case, what we need to put into
POST_ID? I don’t get what it really fixes, for being honest.
