I have the occasional post that really needs a sidebar. The theme I’m using (Tripoli) doesn’t have one on the post page, and I don’t want a sidebar on every post – just the occasional one.
Am I right in assuming I would need to create a new custom post template, make the content width wider, and somehow add the sidebar section? And if so, how would I edit the text in the sidebar?
This isn’t a huge deal, but it would come in handy on occasion. Thoughts?
