"Sign Up" form not showing at the end of the articles on casper theme

When I look at the Casper theme, at the end of each article, there is a “Sign up for more” form.

I activated an unmodified casper theme for my blog, but I don’t seem to have that form at the end of my articles. Example here : My KotlinConf experience.

Am I supposed to activate it somewhere?

I think I have set it up properly in the settings ? But it’s not showing, even in the preview.

DUH . I don’t see it because I’m logged in. It shows if I log out :).
