Small amendments to template - I don't know how to edit

Hello crew, I’m totally naive at this lark.

My site is up and running: laziestlandlord.com

I need some help:
(a) removing the Facebook logo/link
(b) changing the copy in the “Your email address” in the subscribe field

I literally don’t know where to start in the myriad of the template zipped files. I don’t know which to look in, nor which to change.

I can’t see a Facebook logo/link, were you able to delete this?

What theme are you using? The text in that email subscribe is in a “placeholder” attribute. If you’re self-hosting, in your Ghost install folder you can do a search:

$ grep --recursive placeholder *

That will show you the file you need to edit.
